This trip really consists of two portions for me. The first is travelling with the Tryzub Ukrainian Dance Ensemble (my Ukrainian dance group) to Istanbul, Turkey for the Lake Festival (www.festivallake.com) for 10 days. After that Nathan, Kim and I are travelling around Turkey for another 10 days (Kim only for another 5). Our main stops are to be Cappodocia, Ephasus, and Canakkale.
Monday night was group packing at the studio, getting all the costumes packed and running one final rehearsal.
We’re all packed, and excitedly awaiting departure.

We can't extend that PO for CorrPro, it's already overextended, we have to go to RFP.
Purchasing is most concerned that they might already have done work for us we aren't really allowed to pay for. Just write to reassure that this extension was for FUTURE work and they haven't started yet.

Other than that, looks like you're having a cool time. The troupe is looking GOOD!
